Supervises, directs hourly employees and oversees food operations in accordance with established policies and procedures within budgetary guidelines. Lead staff to high quality Patient/Customer Satisfaction standards.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be literate
1-2 years experience in a food service environment
Supervisory experience in patient service operations preferred
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration:N/A Skills & Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of food service equipment
Must be able to communicate professionally.
Must be able to make independent decisions with little involvement from manager
Must have and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Must be able to direct staff towards achieving daily operational standards, as stated in department and hospital policies.
Ability to adjust to needs of department.
Desire to achieve high customer service standards.
Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people including employees, nursing staff, managers, and hospital staff.
