Cini-Little - a leading design firm for commercial kitchen facilities - is seeking someone to support our growing practice in the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate would already have done what we do and want to come work for us! But we know that is rare, as our industry is small. So if you have foodservice management experience, are hands-on familiar with kitchen operations, and have an interest in commercial kitchen design OR have current design experience with a prior history of foodservice positions, please apply!!

Come work for Cini-Little and create commercial foodservice spaces that are great-looking, functional, and efficient! Work with design team members like architects, engineers, foodservice equipment manufacturers, kitchen equipment contractors, owners, developers and operators. Learn how to design foodservice spaces taking into consideration functional adjacencies, appearance, cost, serviceability, code compliance, client objectives, and other criteria. These are the fundamentals of commercial kitchen design.

The Coordinator's primary responsibility would include the accurate and timely coordination of design project deliverables, such as: equipment schedules, equipment specifications, utility load charts, equipment estimates, and drawings. A more advanced candidate might qualify for the Associate Project Manager position, where they would begin to design and manage projects of their own, handle meetings as required, and develop a client base. Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Restaurant/Institutional Management, Project Management, Interior Design or a related field. Minimum 2 years foodservice operations experience, preferably back of house. Knowledge of foodservice equipment important! Besides the educational and operations experience, candidates must possess strong written and oral skills, be computer literate, and be able to travel. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
