This position will support tasking at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Successful candidate will provide analysis and support as a member of the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Foreign Disclosure Team, which will be responsible for reviewing and documenting the release of information to international participants. Candidate will provide technical and analytical support for the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) in developing, updating, administering and evaluating JSF policies and procedures directly affecting the release of highly technical and sensitive information to JSF foreign partners. Applicant will interpret disclosure policy and ensure that the appropriate Delegation of Disclosure Authorization Act (DDL), Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) or Export License is upheld.
A bachelor's degree from an institution accredited through a U.S. Department of Education approved agency is required. Four (4) years of experience in addition to the requirements below may be considered in lieu of degree.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in international programs and/or foreign disclosure in major acquisition programs is required. Successful applicant must also possess knowledge of aircraft programs and systems.
Successful candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Occasional travel to government/ contractor facilities may be required.
An active SECRET clearance is required. Applicant selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
