Provide timely data and analytical insight to the FZ Recruiting team on the flow and status of the pipeline to ensure we the field team can accomplish their budget of franchise fees, quality candidates and diverse candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Provide real time analysis of FranConnect data to enable management decision making of various initiatives performance, application progress, dropout rates, etc.
•Provide real time analysis from Fran Connect and other sources of the performance of recruitments marketing and advertising effectiveness and successes.
•Manage credit-reporting system for franchise applications.
•Manage web content to ensure timeliness and accuracy (available stores, seminar activity).
•Coordinate with internal and external resources to design, produce, and distribute printed franchise materials.
•Schedule and manage access to local webinars.
•Support and back up to primary franchise recruiting staff, serve as overflow and special assignment support to recruiting staff.
•Set up venue, establish schedules, and register participants for local seminars.
•Manage payables for both print and web based media advertising.
•Responsible for logistics of the trade show booth and related materials; including routing, scheduling, coordinating set up and tear down, shipping and replenishment of consumables.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
Experience: 3-5, Franchise/sales experience, data analysis, marketing experience
Strong Communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to learn and master different systems including, but not limited too Joomala and Franconnect
Ability to analysis data, recognize a issues or probable outcome and report solutions or projected outcomes
Strong organizational skill, project management skills and negotiation skills
