The Appliance Sales Specialist at Pacific Sales provides end-to-end solutions for our customers' free standing and built-in appliance needs. From initial handshake to installation and beyond, the Appliance Sales Specialist provides subject expertise to the customer surrounding product, services, room design and installation. Vendor product training and informal sales mentorships fine-tune the Specialist's understanding of product features, emerging technology and sales expertise. Because the Specialist will build proposals based on the customer's individual needs, he or she must gain a strong understanding of existing and emerging home appliance technologies.
The Appliance Sales Specialist is empowered to provide a premium level of service to our customer by having a high level of autonomy. The Specialist will create relationships with customers, designers, contractors and vendors in order to evaluate needs, prepare proposals and present sales proposals. He or she is given reasonable latitude to negotiate final terms in-line with the customer's unique circumstances.

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year Customer Service experience
1 year Direct Sales experience
Customer Service experience within appliance industry
Home appliance product sales experience with successful track record
Experience partnering with premium installation teams and product vendors
