JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for greeting patients, members, and guests; answer telephones, schedule appointments, post charges and payments received, and perform related clerical duties as needed.

This position works in both Clinton and Whitehouse locations

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent.

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous customer service experience required.

REQUIRED LICENSE, REGISTRY OR CERTIFICATION

None

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES REQUIRED

Experience with telephones, computer, keyboard, fax machines, copier. Previous customer service experience required.
