Getmembers.com, a division of Epsilon, is seeking a potential future manager for the position of Front Desk Coordinator. The Front Desk Coordinator is often the first point of contact and the gatekeeper to transforming prospects into customers and customers into advocates. In this role the aspiring future manager will do everything from answer phones to collaborate with sales, marketing and operations executives, to handle dozens of projects per day – each critical to the growth and operations of the company.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who has minimal experience but maximal potential. This person needs to be articulate on the phone, smart and naturally personable with killer multi-tasking skills. You must possess excellent computer skills and have the drive to get ahead. A successful candidate will be on the path for a promotion to account coordinator or another exciting role within the organization within a year.

have customers raving about them

take ownership of the many projects delegated to them from the various departments
take the initiative to help out where needed
know how to have fun in a demanding atmosphere
Manage all call activity coming into the organization from prospects, customers and business partners
Prepare marketing kits for dissemination to prospects and customers
Manage the marketing material inventory
Enter data into various databases including mailing lists and email databases, etc
Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Operations departments on projects including, but not limited to: direct mail, email and social media projects
Manage administrative tasks for upper management
Learn the business from the ground up so you can train your replacement as you move up the ladder
Must be able to work in our business office 12:30 pm to 6:30pm, M-F.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience as front desk receptionist or administrative coordinator
Associate or Bachelor’s degree
Experience with CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Proficient in MS Outlook and Word
Must have advanced Excel skills
Have a strong command of the English language
Must have excellent verbal/written and telephone communications skills
A history of working on several projects simultaneously, good project man skills
Must be able to work effectively both independently and as a contributing member of a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with superb attention to detail and quality
Note: We conduct a PC skills and proofreading test. We’re looking for people lightning fast using PC software.
