Divisional Information:
Transamerica Life Protection (LP) division provides operations, information technology, legal, marketing, and finance support to internal agents and independent producers who market the companies life insurance, health insurance, long-term care insurance, marketing services, and investment products. Facilitates the day-to-day operations in the Customer Service Department; monitors the daily activities of each CSR with regard to the departmental service standards and quality goals; ensures proper training of the CSRs; coaches and mentors the team while maintaining departmental standards; responds to customer problems and inquiries; ensures performance goals are realistic and achievement is maintained.

Requires a Bachelors degree; 2+ years of supervisory experience in a call center; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; outstanding telephone service skills and etiquette; strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills; excellent coaching and staff development skills; effectively motivates others to perform well at peak levels during high call volume; successfully manages staff under stress; PC proficiency. Knowledge of life products and/or life insurance industry experience is preferred. Variable Life or Health and Annuity License is also preferred.

Pay, Benefits, and Work Schedule:
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000

FLSA status: Exempt

Transamerica’s pay ranges are competitive and are based on the external labor market. An annual bonus opportunity may be available to regular employees.
