The Home Health Aide, under the direction of the Registered Nurse, is responsible for providing in-home, para- professional services necessary for caring for the patient's personal needs.

Department:
Meridian Hospice South

Schedule:
8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Every other weekend required.

Requirements:

Education:
High School Graduate or equivalent preferred

[Desired education]

[Minimum work experience]

Hospice experience preferred.

[Desired work experience]

One year experience preferred. One year Home Care experience preferred.

[Required licenses/certifications]

Current CHHA Certificate NJ Board of Nursing.

[Required skills]

Good communication skills

[Valid drivers license required]
