Chicago Management Company seeks Full Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with accounts receivable experience.
Job responsiblities includes operating a high call volume multi-line switchboard, processing vendor invoices and check requests, ensuring the validity and accuracy of vendor invoices and credit memos received. Review and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Answer vendor inquiries. Manage the recordkeeping of accounts payable documents and contracts.
Must be familiar with general ledger accounting, and be proficient in Excel and Outlook. Experience in Yardi a plus. A wide range of office experience outside of accounting is also a plus.
Work week is Monday-Friday. Successful Candidates must be punctual, detail-oriented, and flexible.
