Brief Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Vice President Client Management this leadership position is responsible for fulfilling and overseeing the management, development and strategy of the Operational side of the Altria account. This position will have the Field Management and Logistics departments reporting into them. The person in this position will play a vital role of the leadership and management of the Altria team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Need to be a dynamic leader and mentor to the team
? Build and maintain internal account relationships with program teams, support teams and senior management to ensure successful completion of strategic program(s) objectives
? Oversee and manage the development of all Field Staff and Logistics Staff
? Manage and develop direct reporting staff
? Plan, develop and implement strategy for organizational development
? Establish and maintain appropriate systems for controls and performance management
? Monitor, measure and report on the organizational development plans and achievements
? Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
? Assist in the build, review and approval of client project budgets/estimates
? Manage and maintain the implementation of all field and logistics Policies and Procedures within client compliance guidelines

? Must have the ability to maintain good working relationships with clients, employees, and industry professionals
? Must have effective oral and written communication skills and be able to articulate thoughts and ideas to others
? Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of personnel issues, files and other documents

? Must be flexible in work habits and work schedule
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? Ability to travel to program launches, trainings, & key client meetings
? PC experience in a Windows environment, with proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint, and other related software programs
Educational and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field
Master’s Degree in Management preferred
5-8 years of related work experience preferred
