GP-12 /C.A.R.E. Operator-3rd shift
The GP-12 Operator reports to the Leadperson/Supervisor, and is responsible for lifting assembled parts onto gagging, and into crates to be moved into shipping.
This person must pay significant attention to detail, must be self-motivated, and must be able to function as a team member.
The assembler will cooperate and communicate with all levels of the department and organization. This person may be called to work on other Assembly lines as needed. This person will maintain productivity standards while exhibiting cooperation and communication skills. S/he must perform self inspections. This person will adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
Knows and understands the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures and contributes to the achievement of the quality objectives.
LuK product knowledge, blueprint reading & knowledge of current quality specifications.
Communication, motivation, problem solving.
Efficiency, consistency, good attendance.
High School diploma or equivalent, and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to life 25-40lbs repetitively.
