Assist operators with the loading and unloading of parts into machinery. Responsible for setting up & operating the machines for refurbishment of engine components. Prepare parts for assembly by following dis-assembly procedures using power and hand tools. Perform inspection for defected parts & components.
Must wear protective equipment including safety glasses and steel toe safety shoes. Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area and comply with all safety rules and procedures. It is mandatory that all accidents and injuries be reported immediately to the supervisor.
Perform special projects and any other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements: Balancing, carrying, climbing, color vision, digital dexterity, feeling, grasping, handling, hearing, kneeling, lifting (min. 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted), pulling, pushing, reaching, seeing, sitting, standing, stooping, talking, turning, walking, working speed.
Mental Requirements: Must concentrate mental and visual attention closely on work coordinating manual dexterity with mental and visual attention for sustained periods.
