GENERAL MANAGER
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The General Manager oversees all store activities ensuring store targets and customer service levels are achieved.
This individual is responsible for the hiring, training, cross-training, and development of all sales related staff.
The General Manager serves as the liaison between the store and Support Services, ensuring compliance to all company policies and procedures.
The General Manager manages the Sales, Office, Service, Parts and Body Shop personnel; these departments receive operational direction from Support Services as well.
This individual completes all reporting and administrative procedures as required
