Vacation Palm Springs is a market leading property management company specializing in vacation rental homes. The company manages and markets 300+ luxury vacation home rentals throughout the greater Palm Springs, California area. Established company - new position. This newly created Palm Springs-based position reports to companys owners , who serve as President/CEO. This job is people-management intensive and requires experience, energy and strong leadership skills with emphasis on implementation and results-generation for day-to-day functional teams including: - Property management: guest & homeowner services - Housekeeping & Maintenance - Reservations & Customer Communications- Accounting- Marketing & Sales- Online systems , website, IT People management- Ongoing hiring for growing business- Coaching, mentoring, inspiring, developing team- Conducting team member reviews and appraisals- Guiding and supervising team members; leading meetings- Goal setting; ensuring accountability for results- Coordinate staff scheduling Ensure results through cultivating company values and culture - Continue results-oriented ethos of fast, friendly, flexible, fun' company values- Achieve the highest standards of attentive customer service both for owners of luxury vacation homes, and for the guests who rent these properties for enjoyable vacation experiences Grow the bottom line results- Continue upward growth trend- Work with Controller to oversee accounting functions and efficiently manage resources - Identify and implement cost-savings in operations- Strengthen results through effective promotion and product distribution pricing, - Coordinate sales and marketing to grow reservations and new property acquisition This position is an excellent career opportunity, with advancement possibilities for a results-oriented, talented manager and leader of people. Must be flexible being available or working nights, weekends, and holidays. College Degree
