EaglePicher is seeking a Human Resources Generalist who will work under minimal supervision performing work that is varied and complex. The position will guide leaders and employees regarding Company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
•Execute staffing strategies for exempt/non-exempt hiring needs (including campus recruiting). Partner with local teams to ensure ongoing Outreach is effective
•Must accurately diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions and implementactionplans
•Must ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations (eg. FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA).
•Assist leadership in performance management
•Develop and execute site/region level strategies to improve Organizational health and culture
•Lead and participate in Market & Regional level Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
•Demonstrate strong leadership skills to influence the decision making process
•Demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively present information and ideas to all levels of the organization
•Will support a front line organization in multiple locations
Position Requirements:
•Minimum of a BS degree in Human Resources or related field
•Minimum of 5 plus years of Human Resource Generalist experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
•Must possess excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Must be familiar with all local, state and federal employment laws
•Must have strong communication and presentation skills
•Must be able to work with minimal supervision and direction
•Willing to work flexible hours as necessary
•Must have experience designing and executing well thought out staffing plans
•Must be a U.S Citizen or Green Card Holder
