High School Diploma or GED
  • Education: Must possess a High School diploma. Associates degree particularly in business, retail management or related field preferred. Three years experience in retail and inventory control can be substituted for education requirements.

    Licensure/Certification: Certification in bra fitting a plus.

    Experience: Three years retail experience with some retail management skills is required. Experience with volunteers is helpful.

    Knowledge, skills, abilities: Knowledge of inventory management processes and computer skills, including data entry, are required. Knowledge of inventory control software is a plus. Must possess excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
