The individual will support the delivery of the North American Service Business with all tasks related to resource planning for a predefined unit. This includes managing the consulting resources schedules and making decisions around staffing requirements according to delivery priorities. The individual also ensures correct staffing data entry in our internal systems.

The individual will report to the worldwide Resource Planning Lead and collaborate closely with the North American Delivery Management. The role will be based in Uniontown, PA.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Staffing

Resource Support

Resource Planning System Maintenance

Staffing Escalation Coordination

Personal Time Off tracking

Subcontracting

General administration support to Delivery Lead

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years professional work experience in a related field

Able to work with moderate supervision/guidance

Identifies problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations; generates possible solutions, assesses each using standard procedures and makes a sound decision

Understands the key business drivers relating to own area; uses this knowledge to focus own work

Good general understanding of electronic business systems

Very good interpersonal, communication and organization skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
