Great role in Global Company non transactional, true business partner role
Position will be responsible for sourcing Corporate Services - Professional Services and Information Technology (Software/Hardware/Telecom). Will oversee and manage the overall performance of the team to ensure strategic decisions are being met, policy and procedures are being documented and adhered to, and metrics are being achieved. Will collaborate with functional leaders to develop strategic sourcing plans to achieve Company business goals and objectives and maintain processes that provide clear and concise communications to the end users and transactional material teams.
Position is also responsible for taking a leadership position in execution of RFPs, supplier selections, contract negotiations, and supplier performance. Will manage and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with key strategic suppliers, meet quarterly with key functional stakeholders on a global basis to report on sourcing activities, negotiation results, and strategic decisions going forward, and present on a quarterly basis to senior management supplier strategy, cost savings, technology transitions, and opportunities regarding impacting gaps to companys ability to meet the companys strategic goals and objectives.
In-depth knowledge of goals, priorities, challenges and core functions; translates into supply chain strategies, leveraging corporate service expertise and best practices, corporate buying power and extensive supplier base.
Ensure optimal supply chain is in place to support corporate services as needed and manages/leads supplier relationship management.
Requires in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company goals. Develop long-term sustainable relationships with key business segments and the ability to work with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business. Will provide thorough assessment of intangible variables, identify and evaluate fundamental issues, and provide strategy and direction for major functional areas to support supply chain initiatives.
Respond to business partner inquiries in a prompt, professional, and accurate manner.
Identify and help to drive cost reduction opportunities across the supply chain.
Establish service level objectives, identify strategic areas of synergy across the enterprise, recognize unique segment requirements, target potential area for cost take-out or risk mitigation, highlight opportunities to rationalize or optimize the supplier set, and provide competitive intelligence to the broader team and internal customer as relevant.

5 plus years of sourcing experience in Commodity Management related fields.
Fluent in MS Project, Excel, Word and Power Point, and ERP
