EKU School of Business - Wanted:
GA for Computer Lab Supervisor position
This position includes both administrative and technical responsibilities. The applicant should have the skills needed to manage and schedule five employees, create processes and controls to manage workflow, and solve technical problems. Applicant will work closely with faculty, staff and students. Proficient language and communication skills are essential. The Lab Supervisor will work closely with the Lab Manager to ensure proper and timely completion of service requests.
Problem solving skills will involve both hardware and software. Applicant should have above-average skills in Windows operating system and Office 2013. Experience in iOS and iPads is desired. The Lab Supervisor will oversee the receiving and installation of new hardware systems. This job will have other unique responsibilities as assigned. An undergraduate degree in a technical area such as CIS or Networking is preferred, but not required.
