Graduate Intern Technical
The Immersive Computing Lab inside the Intel Labs is looking for an intern in 2013 that can work in a small start-up mentality team in researching new immersive technologies.
We are researching the idea that any arbitrary surface can be an interactive display surface. This is for an intern position in Hillsboro, Oregon. We are looking for a highly motivated MS or Ph.D. student in the Computer Science/Engineering field. The candidate will gain experience in rapid prototyping, contribute to future technology installations and design, and research algorithms in immersive computing.
The candidate should have experience/research in one or more of the following areas: computer vision, display projection, human-comptuer interaction/design, and 3d graphics. Previous work with depth cameras, multiple projector calibration, eye tracking, OpenFrameworks,Processing, OpenCV & cross platform development would be beneficial.
