Grand Concourse restaurant in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an experienced Sous Chef/ Kitchen Manager for an exciting career opportunity!
The Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef in the operation of a high volume kitchen, mentoring staff, staff schedules, hands on involvement with inventory controls, food/labor cost, and kitchen sanitation.

Requires 2+ years of Sous Chef/Kitchen Management experience. Must be able to successfully coordinate the staff in a high volume, time sensitive environment, have a genuine desire to lead the team in producing a high quality product ,and be well versed in budgeting and managing BOH cost centers.
