This role is responsible for creating high-level design concepts for all seasonal branding efforts, to be adapted through all our web channel. The Graphic Designer, web will work closely with art directors, catalog, visual merchandising, and e-com designers. S/he will be responsible for guiding and directing cross-channel projects from design concept through to completion.

•Brainstorm new and original concepts homepages, email, web layouts.
•Liaison between merchants, project managers, copywriters and designers for all projects.
•Excellent typography skills.
•Fluent in in-design, illustrator and Photoshop.
•Work closely with project managers and merchants to obtain all relevant information, technical requirements and timelines for each project.
•Develop identity and look for all web initiatives.
•Partner with the copy team on all jobs.
•Occasional aid to catalog design for type/ graphic treatments.
•Working with SVP’s creative strategy and vision, develop seasonal design concepts that communicate the strategy, and build and maintain brand equity each season.
•Lead the design approaches for all materials that enhance the brand and the overall customer experience.
•Hands-on design work.
•Creatively solve issues identified by the merchandising teams.
•Actively participate and help drive the creative process by presenting thorough and well-developed recommendations to meet the given objectives.
•Independently identify issues and resolutions quickly and thoroughly.
•Have excellent understanding of the design, print production and web production processes
•Review color and final film composition on key projects.
•Participate in developing realistic time lines. Work from production schedules and status to manage time and prioritize daily workload. Ensure work is completed on time.

•Previous experience handling more than 10 projects at a time.
•2+ years packaging design.
