Commitment: 2013-14 Academic Year, November through April, Sunday – Wednesday, 5:45 pm – 8:45 pm

Summary: The Griffin Line Manager will work closely with the Director of Annual Giving to manage all processes involved in conducting the Alumni Annual Fund Phonathon including the recruitment, training and supervision of student phone representatives as well as the tracking and reporting of responses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in developing goals, strategies and incentives per prospect segment

• Creates recruitment materials and ensures distribution

• Prepares caller orientation packages

• Drafts pledge acknowledgement and reminder letters

• Assists in training student phone representatives

• Creates phone representative calling schedule

• Supervises phonathon staff and provides coaching as needed

• Tracks phone representative productivity and awards incentives

• Verifies and submits phone representative time card information

• Monitors calling sessions to ensure professionalism

• Generates daily activity reports

• Leadership skills
• Ability to motivate others
• Interest in the advancement of Gwynedd-Mercy College
• Must be articulate, goal-oriented and dependable
• General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
