The Grocery Order Person is to maintain the CAO system for the entire store. The Grocery Order Person provides in store support for all departments and provides in store training when necessary. Communicates daily with Department Managers and Store Management regarding concerns and problem resolution. Maintains accurate inventory levels and reorder points and is responsible for accurate ordering in one or more departments. Works closely with Divisional Order Person and provides inventory verification for CAO purposes.

Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for one’s own safety and the safety of those with whom you work

Responsible for the daily verification of CAO system status.

Verifies adequate ordered quantities for Add and Out of Stock areas with order equipment by walking the store.

Communicates with Divisional Order Person regarding data integrity issues.

Corrects all Balance on Hand adjustments for warehouse mispicks and shortages.

Reviews Out of Stock and Negative Balance on Hand report for all departments. Initiate Balance on Hand adjustments for areas of responsibility. Communicate with outer Departments areas of concern.

Provides inventory verification for CAO during store-scheduled inventories.

Carries a high level of responsibility.

Required to perform detailed research in problem areas.

Wages: $16.59 per hour
