Candidates must have an eye for fantastic creative work and for talent, be able to identify and sell through innovative ideas to clients and be a superior as well as inspirational leader to both clients and the internal team.

Oversee multi million dollar client relationship(s) with responsibility for account growth, client satisfaction, and retention.

Act as an ambassador for R/GA and its capabilities with client, at industry events, for recruitment, etc.

Develop an engagement strategy and work with the team and discipline leads to execute it.

Manage account P&L from negotiating statements of work and retainers, making sure work is delivered on budget, and invoicing clients according to the proper terms.

Independently lead and make decisions that properly balance the needs of account (clients and internal goals and teams).

Plan all engagements (goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets) with support from company producers, and prioritize projects and resources.

Participate in strategic development of new business
Work across accounts to make sure that teams are staffed appropriately.

Lead the training of producers and associate producers across the department.

Ensure the use of “best practices” and effective processes across the department and company.

10 to 15 years in the industry or related experience, developing interactive projects and managing large creative team and clients.

Demonstrated experience running large engagements with Fortune 500 clients or equivalent experience.

Experience with various projects types, including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting.

Develop relationships with clients through gaining trust and successful delivery.

Managing large interdisciplinary teams of more than 30 people.

Proven experience managing multi-million dollar accounts successfully.

Ability to define solutions that will generate measurable results for the client.

Excellent negotiation experience (especially contract negotiations) with both clients and partners.

Public speaking skills and experience.

Experience with communications and marketing via the Internet.
