TCH is currently looking for a Group Home Supervisor to join the us in empowering men & women with disabilities! The Group Home Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of two coed group homes, including, but not limited to: supervising staff, ensure that the residents' needs are being met, guarantee that licensing and monitoring requirements are met, complete reports, oversee petty cash and grocery budget, monitor staff hours.
Hours: Monday 11a–7p, Tuesday – Friday 1pm to 9pm; Some on call duties and must be FLEXIBLE Make A Difference Today!! Ability to: 1. Manage a household and operate within a budget. 2.
Supervise staff effectively 3. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and kneel, and stand or sit for prolonged periods of time. 4. Problem solve and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
5. Work well under pressure: meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines. 6. Work in a team environment.
This includes TCH employees, parents/guardians, and any outside agencies. 7. Pass an extensive background check and pre–employment drug screen. 8.
Read and understand licensing requirements and standards, to ensure compliance. Knowledge of: 1. Supervisory and management practices. 2.
Individuals with disabilities, and their needs. Qualifications/Experience Required: 1. High school diploma or its equivalent. 2.
21 years of age, have a current Arizona Driver–s License, and clean 3 year driving record. 3. Willing to work extra or extended hours to cover a shift or in an emergency. 4.
One year experience supervising multiple staff in a group home setting or related position may be considered, depending upon circumstances. 5. Supervisory experience. TCH is an EOE/AA – M/F/V/D
