The Nielsen Call Centers, are responsible for the collection of data by enlisting household’s cooperation in completing survey’s which help in the tracking of the media-consumption habits of homes across the country. As a Group Leader you will be responsible for the team’s day to day performance on the studies, audits, recruitment, quality, associate engagement and retention. You are also esponsible for hiring, motivating, coaching, developing and retaining the Team Leaders and Research Interviewers. Group Leaders are held accountable for the performance results of the Team Leaders and Research Interviewers. A successful candidate will possess a great attitude, high level of energy, enthusiasm, comfort with giving clear direction, thorough inspection of processes, and motivation.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5-6 years supervisory experience
- Strong managerial and communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership ability with coaching skills
SHIFT HOURS: Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, Some weekends required
