Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and talented superstar to lead our customer acquisition efforts to help us build scale and grow our global community of learners. You refer to yourself as a “growth hacker ”. You are very comfortable with data and are obsessed with tracking and moving a metric. You recognize the art and science behind moving a metric and thoughtfully combine creativity with structured problem solving.
All of this is driven by an insatiable curiosity and fascination with why users choose to engage. The “growth hacker ” will report directly to the CEO and will be part of the company ’s core leadership team. Primary Responsibilities Be a role model at the company, sharing Voxy ’s unique philosophy and persona, and eventually galvanizing the company into an international brand. Develop, implement and manage all aspects of the company ’s mobile " web paid customer acquisition strategy Generate qualified traffic and acquire customers across online marketing channels, including SEM, display, affiliate and social media networks Manages programs to drive new customer acquisitions, app downloads, mobile activation via paid marketing channels.
Continually analyze and optimize campaign performance using split and multivariate testing, executing changes based on quantitative, actionable insight Identify highest value customer segments and tailor online marketing efforts to attract and retain these customers Act as point person for identifying and managing third party resources such as advertising vendors and PR agencies Identify and negotiate brand-appropriate performance-based online marketing partnerships and affiliate programs Work closely with web design team to create, manage and optimize landing pages tied to ad campaigns Ideal Candidate You have demonstrated a track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention for online service (5-7 years experience) You are innovative, proactive, entrepreneurial and a team player You have strong direct-response experience with a track record of successful online strategies that drive qualified traffic and customer acquisition across online channels You understand customer segmentation and are familiar with web analytics packages You think in A/B testing, optimizing and reporting on campaign performance You are highly analytical and data driven, but also have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking flair You like to have lots of fun at work but are not afraid of putting in long hours when required You are excited about building and managing a high performing online marketing team You ’ve graduated from a top university and have repeatedly proven yourself academically and professionally To apply please provide A copy of your resume A few words on why you ’d like to work for Voxy and why you are the ideal candidate to lead our online marketing efforts Thanks!
