The Guest Service Agent (GSA) is a highly visible role involving constant guest and employee interaction. The GSA is the main point of contact for all guests of and visitors to the hotel, and is responsible for ensuring general front office operations run smoothly during an assigned shift.

This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (front desk/GSA) at a hotel or resort of similar size and caliber. Working knowledge of Opera highly preferred. Flexible schedule, hours between 7am - 11pm any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
