This temporary IT position is to support the touch services in Rochester for computer support.
The position would be for 12 weeks.
Familiar with Helpdesk software, desktop network connectivity, VPN
Experience in XP/WIN7 desktop and laptop support, upgrading devices or installation of
new devices, images and software
Familiar with set up and configuration of hardware/software
Adheres to accepted standards and procedures for security within IT
Working with desktop users to resolve hardware/software issues
Assists in system projects approved by management to meet established objectives in line with strategic business plans
Upgrading XP devices to WIN7, ordering and installation of new replacement devices.
