Candidate shall have a minimum of 10 years experience and have specialized expertise that may include, but not be limited to, the following functional areas:

Theater Management Information Program-Joint

IA FISMA

Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA)

ESSENTRIS; IM/IT Work Force

Microsoft Office SharePoint Services; ProSight

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Financial and Portfolio Management; etc.

Responsibilities

P rovide privacy and security subject matter expertise to other Naval Staff divisions, Navy Medicine workgroups, TMA Privacy Office Integrated Products Team (IPTs), etc., as directed by the COR.

Oversee and, as applicable, support the implementation of corrective actions to investigations and other issues generated by the Privacy and Security oversight and compliance program.

Provide assistance and coordination functions with key (as identified by the COR) compliance officials to assess Security and Privacy requirements.

Provide subject matter expertise when called upon on regarding all Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) issues between Navy Medicine and higher headquarters.

Provide support to identify all Manpower and Personnel in Navy Medicine, Military, Civil Service, and Contractor.

Assist in coordinating Position Descriptions and identifying workforce Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities standards at all Civilian levels/Military Ranks for all areas.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors or postgraduate degree in engineering, scientific, technical or business management disciplines from an accredited college or university

US Citizen with a Current Secret Clearance

Minimum of 10 years Information Assurance Experience

Should have one of the following Certs CISA, CISSP, CISM

MINIMUM CLEARANCE REQUIRED

US Citizen with a Current Secret Clearance

Job Title : Subject Matter Expert

Primary Location: United States-National Capital Region

Travel: Yes, 5% of the Time
