The Advertising and Data organization is seeking an experienced professional to run the business operations and manage key programs. As part of the Business Operations team, you will report to the Chief of Staff.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Work across all levels of management internal and external to the Advertising and Data organization
Have experience working with agile teams
Possess strong attention to detail
Define, communicate, and execute business processes, financial operations, staff management, reporting, process improvement, and business operations through a data-driven performance-metrics approach.

Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of business management and program management experience in a software/Internet company.
Expertise in planning and developing software
Demonstrated experience coordinating activities among superiors, peers, and reports
Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Proficient with MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
Familiarity and/or experience utilizing Agile Development methodologies, Twikis, and Project Portfolio Management tools
Experience releasing internet software products to market
Experience in handling hiring projects is a plus
Education or training in formal project management practices
