Our Direct Integration Client is looking for a HP Service Manager Implementation /Development for a Long Term Project in Bloomington, IL below is the Detail requirement

Job Title: HP Service Manager Implementation/Development

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: Long Term

Rate: Open

Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills:

Participation in Detailed requirement gathering sessions Business / Functional / Technical documentation.

Provide recommendations or suggestion during the requirements session and help minimize customization and implement out of the box solution

Identify Dependency, Risk and Issues and document the same

Install / Configure / Tailor / Customization of HP-Incident, Problem, Change, SLM

Promote configurations / Customizations between environments

Provide L3 support during and after project life cycle

Coordination with Client / BAs / Technical Leads for requirements clarifications

Provide details / Information for the leads to help come up with effort Estimation (Time)

Experience (Relevant experience the person must have)

Developers: 4 + Years of development experience on Service Center / HP Service Manager (7.x / 9.x)

Leads: 8 + Years of total experience out of which 4 plus years should be in development of Service Center / HP Service Manager (7.x / 9.x)

Good understanding on ITIL Concepts

Knowledge on VB Script/Java Script

Good understanding and knowledge SQL Database Knowledge

Knowledge on Windows and Unix administration

Hands on integrating HP tools with Monitoring tools

Hands on implementing CMDB

Job-related Skills (Technical and professional skills that the person must have to be effective)

Essential

HP Service Manager/HP Service Center Knowledge on Implementation and Tailoring

ITIL Training

VB Script/Java Script Knowledge

SQL Database Knowledge

Basic Windows/UNIX Admin Skills

Should have worked on Integrations with Monitoring tools

Knowledge on CMDB

Leads: Should have good oral and written communication along with People / conflict management skills

Desirable

HP Service Center/ Manager Certification

ITIL Foundation Certification

HP ConnectIT exp

Web Services exp

Service Catalog & Request Mgmt module implementation exp on HPSM
