If you're an experienced Administrative Assistant or HR major searching for a part-time position, we have a great opportunity for you. In this position, you would typically work from your virtual office (with periodic meetings in San Rafael) to assist our principal consultants with ad

ministrative, HR and recruiting tasks. Our ideal candidate is very organized; is a quick learner; very personable on the phone; and can efficiently and effectively work with our team to provide the best service to our clients. Sample tasks include: scheduling appointments, updating databases, performing research, screening candidates, and providing basic client questions about our applicant tracking software.

Our ideal candidate will have three years of progressively responsible administrative experience, knowledge of basic human resources/recruiting and very strong computing skills/aptitude (Office, ATS/HRIS/Payroll systems). Also, candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal and written) and be extremely organized. Candidates should also have or be close to completion of a four year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

We help smaller and medium sized businesses solve HR issues and work primarily by referral.
