Job Description:
We love helping our clients find and keep top talent. Now it’s our turn! livingHR is looking for an HR Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator to work in our Tampa office (on Kennedy Blvd) in a full time or part time role.

The HR Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator is perfect for:

What you will do each day:
Provide stellar supportive service to our President and internal consultants as well as to clients and partners via phone, email, etc.
Assist in the development of custom job descriptions, handbooks, market compensation reports, HR Tools, HR forms
Actively source candidates and assist with recruitment needs (screening, scheduling, updates, etc.)
Help to organize us (plan events, schedule meetings, order lunch, agreements, invoices, files etc.)
Update or create presentations and proposals, enhance workflows, organize intranet files and documents, assist with re-templating or creating new forms
Calendar management, appointment scheduling and confirmations, and meeting preparations

Who we are looking for:
Technically savvy (a MUST)
Strong experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.), preferrably in a MAC environment
Srong sourcing and recruitment experience (a must) using various methods in identifying talent for our positions
An interest in human resources and prior experience working in an HR department as a Coordinator or Assistant preferred
A willingness to help do anything to help and “work on the fly”
Ability for occassional local travel (client visits, professional engagements, etc.)
A kind disposition!
