The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources and his staff, and fill in as necessary to support other administrative assistants in a team environment. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who will maintain workflow and perform administrative duties such as meeting coordination, phone call and voicemail screening and direction, email screening and forwarding, scanning and file maintenance, mail sorting and management, simple invoice tracking, and special projects.

Required Skills •Exercising considerable judgment and discretion in handling confidential information and requests for appointments, telephone calls, and meeting coordination, including with Board members and investors

•Editing and entering hand written edits in presentations and documents

•Drafting simple correspondence, taking notes and drafting summary minutes of meetings and draft responses to email

•Preparing document packages and reports for meetings

•Collecting and maintaining some corporate records including documentation for filings

•Performing general office duties as needed

Required Experience •Self-motivated individual who will not hesitate to interrupt large meetings and schedule time with the SVP as necessary to keep priority projects and goals on track

•High level of professionalism and ability to understand what should be confidential (e.g., dates and whereabouts of executives should be on a need to know basis in a public company) and ability to maintain confidences

•Ability to make independent decisions regarding administrative matters

•Outstanding attention to detail and great customer service skills

•Fast learner that is highly organized

•3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting a C-Level Executive

•Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and Internet research

•Associate's or Bachelor’s degree depending on experience
