This position will be responsible for overall administrative support for the Human Resources Department and site payroll processing

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diversified administrative functions and related administrative services in support of the HR team
  • Organize and maintain confidential employee personnel records and/or other HR data files
  • Coordinate Orientation activities for new employees
  • Coordinate Payroll activities for the site
  • Submit all employment verification requests for the US
  • Maintain HR calendar and assist with the coordination of department activities, meetings, and events
  • Support Recruiting by coordinating all candidate interviews
  • Process Department expense reports and submit vendor invoices for payment
  • Other ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in an Human Resources Administrative Assistant role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Payroll Processing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using databases (HR systems a plus)
  • Strong communications skills (oral and written)
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Responsive to constructive feedback and guidance
  • Detail oriented
  • Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources
