If this is what you are passionate about, Adobe’s HR MBA Rotation will help you launch an exciting career giving you opportunities to do work you will enjoy! During this 2-year program, you will gain a wealth of experience and be exposed to multiple areas within Adobe’s world-class HR organization. Each rotation will be 6-9 months in the following:
Within each rotation, you will be challenged to understand the needs of the business and be empowered to help make decisions and strategize the necessary programs to make a meaningful impact to the organization. You will have exposure to Adobe leaders and be entrenched in the day-to-day of the business while simultaneously building your own professional network with Adobe’s broad employee base. Following the program, based on your individual goals, career aspirations and strengths within the program you will be ready to take on an impactful role within the HR organization globally.
MBA or Master’s degree in business or a human resources discipline (e.g. industrial & labor relations, industrial & organizational psychology, organizational behavior, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, finance, human resources and/or marketing.
Ability to simplify complex data, communicate effectively and inspire.
Desire to build relationships at all-levels of the organization, individual contributor to executive.
Ability to identify development opportunities and build programs and strategies to address needs.
Flexibility to travel.
