BS in Human Resources or related business field
3+ years experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Excellent computer skills with a minimum of intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking system is an asset
Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail
Previous payroll experience
Strong communication/interpersonal skills required
