Ever try to herd cats? It's harder than it looks. The cats are portable, but less than compliant. They've got 1) claws, 2) teeth and 3) a nasty disposition towards humans they don't trust. Our HR Business Partner faces two out of the three challenges-we'll let you figure out which two.
We're looking for an HR Business Partner who can manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource function, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. Plus, we need you to be fluent in Spanish-you ready to fly your native flag?
Read on to see if you got what it takes.
