Job Description
The HR Business Partner will focus primarily on recruiting for a variety of Zeecos departments. This position will also provide HR support for designated departments and resolve HR related issues or pass the reported issue on to the HR Manager or HR Generalist. This position is also responsible for interviewing, testing and referring applicants for a variety of positions including engineers, technical, clerical, administrative and management positions.

  • Promote Zeeco employment opportunities in the community and organizations
  • Recruit, identify, contact, source and assist applicants for open positions
  • Complete due diligence on candidates including background and pre-employment screenings
  • Process new hire paperwork
  • Source candidates and process applications and resumes
  • Perform general HR duties as assigned
  • Conduct interviews as well as coordinate interviews for hiring managers
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Perform campus recruiting activities
  • Draft and deliver offer letters

Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside the company. Work under stress, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities. Requirements also include:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a corporate HR environment is a plus
  • Campus recruiting experience is a plus
  • Experience giving presentations
  • 2+ Years experience in a recruiting environment
  • PHR is a plus but not required
  • Experience and familiarity with various HR laws, rules and regulations as well as standard/best practiceses
