Workweek: FT 40hrs/wk
Researches, analyzes and makes recommendations for compensation policies and programs. Plans, performs and evaluates internal HR audits. Facilitates external audits. Administers employee relations issues, providing guidance and oversight.
Formal Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 5 years
Minimum Knowledge: Requires a broad knowledge of a highly technical or professional field. Requires highly complex conceptual thinking.
Education Desired: Extensive experience as an HR generalist may be considered in lieu of formal education. Must possess excellent communication skills, work independently and deal with constant interruptions with a friendly demeanor.
Experience Requirements: Extensive experience required in: compensation administration. compliance (Joint Commission, legal regulatory). employee relations (investigation mediation). internal auditing.
- Extensive computer knowledge is a critical component of this position. Requires thorough understanding of and ability to manipulate data in many forms. Must possess high-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint at minimum). Experience with PeopleSoft desired.
