If you're a Human Resources generalist interested in joining a team of experienced consultants, in a part-time position where you can frequently work from home or work at client properties, we have a great opportunity for you. Specifically, we have an immediate need for a consultant with hands-on experience creating Affirmative Action plans.

Our ideal candidate has a broad range of professional experience, from recruiting, conducting audits, coaching managers, addressing performance issues, conducting investigations, writing job descriptions, to interpreting and applying wage and hour laws.

We are an HR Consulting firm located in the San Francisco Bay area, with clients located in various parts of Northern CA and in several other states. We help smaller businesses solve HR issues and work primarily by referral. We focus on who our clients are and what's important to them, and we use our broad based experience to create custom solutions to the issues that they face and to help build employee brands reflecting strong cultures and values.

Our ideal candidate will have five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources with a strong working knowledge of payroll. Experience in hospitality is strongly desired. Because we use technology to communicate and bring efficiency to our service delivery, strong computing skills/aptitude (Office, HRIS/Payroll systems) is required. Also, candidates should demonstrate strong communications (verbal and written) skills. Candidates should also have a four year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
