The Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter is responsible for various HR Tasks including, but not limited to: interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for various positions.

Duties: •
Seeks out, interviews, screens, and recruits job applicants to fill existing company job openings. •
Reviews employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants. •
Discusses personnel needs with department supervisors to prepare and implement recruitment process. •
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. •
Informs applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities, and other related information. •
Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager. •
Corresponds with job applicants to notify them of employment consideration. •
Arranges travel and lodging for selected applicants as needed. •
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees to seek potential candidates as well as attending social and professional networking events to identify and source candidates. •
Coordinate job fairs, open house events, on-campus interviews and attend networking events as needed. •
Develop working relationships within colleges and local community groups to aid in recruiting. •
Compose and revise job descriptions as needed. •
Conduct market data research to determine if pay is competitive •
Research innovative ways to source candidates. •
Compose and post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, in local job boards and advertise as needed to attract the best and most suitable candidates. •
Work directly with Managers and Human Resources to present candidates, coordinate interviews, present job offers and ensure pre-employment and new hire process is completed properly. •
Files and maintains employment records for future references •
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications: •
4+ Years of Recruitment Experience •
High School diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred •
Must have IT Recruiting experience. •
Sales Experience and/or Sales Recruitment a Plus •
Must have excellent communication skills (verbal/written) in English; Spanish is preferred •
Self-motivated and strong work ethic required with persuasive/negotiation skills •
Creative, Innovative and Independent thinker •
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment •
Ability to work extended hours as needed
