Job Functions:
Responsible for ensuring all Department Meeting Notes are developed and filed timely.
Responsible to manage timeline of all department meeting notes and due dates; alerting when initiatives are overdue.
Responsible to track all ‘project list’ items and provide weekly update of all projects due/ overdue for Benefits, Training and ER functions at weekly Team Meeting for follow up.
Responsible to update progress of weekly and monthly structured meetings and structured reports and items due/ overdue for Benefits, Training and ER functions.
Responsible for tracking all TM investigations and updating spreadsheet daily to reflect activity.
Responsible for opening and tracking all UC claims to ensure timely processing of all claims and gathering required data for appeals and reporting progress of all UC claims in weekly meeting.
Responsible for scheduling exit interviews as needed.
Responsible for creating and maintaining the Human Resource bulletin boards.
Responsible for distribution of Team Member communication including creation of flyers and other materials as needed.
Responsible for scheduling team members for training classes.
Responsible to assist with Training material development.
Responsible to assist with tracking of all TM training inclusive of Responsible Gaming, Ramp, NHO Attended, Department Training, and Succession planning for all TM as needed.
Assists in the data entry where applicable of member information into the appropriate systems.
Responsible for processing, coding and submitting department invoices.
Provide clerical support to the benefits, employee relations and training specialists.
All other duties as directed or needed.

Job Requirements: Job Requirements:
2 years college degree in related work field.
Prefer minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and multi task on a daily basis consistently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent computer skills required Microsoft Office, Publisher, Power Point and Excel.
Prefer and understanding and/or experience with Microsoft Project.
Ability to become a PA State Notary required.
