The Electric Systems organization in Rockford, IL is seeking a high-impact, high-energy HR professional. The incumbent will partner with the business leaders and work closely with the other HR professionals to drive critical initiatives, projects and organizational excellence and effectiveness throughout the business.
The selected candidate will contribute to the success of the Electric Systems business by delivering solutions and continuing to mature our key HR processes which include: ¿
Strategic Workforce Planning ¿
Recruiting & Onboarding ¿
Performance Management (skills development & training) ¿
Leadership & Talent Development ¿
Employee Engagement ¿
Employee Relations
This individual will provide HR client support for the program office functional groups. This position will also be responsible for project related activities which will require the compilation and analysis of data as well as determining how best to provide reporting and presentation of those materials. Additionally, this individual will be the HR ACE Pilot for our Rockford group as well as co-lead for the Electric Systems Resource Management key process ACE team. They will be the lead for our leadership identification and development process for Rockford as well as participate in other teams, projects and initiatives as opportunities arise throughout the year.

Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field. ¿
BA/BS degree w/4-7+ years experience ¿
MA/MS degree w/2-5+ years experience
This is an ideal role for a process-focused, detail oriented individual to develop employee relation and project management skills. Successful candidate must be a self-starter, have excellent communication skills, interact effectively with high-level management, good marketing skills (persuasive) and adaptable to changes within the organization.
Required skills include: ¿
Proven capability in human resources with specific client-facing experience ¿
Ability to utilize influencing skills in order to obtain data and complete projects in a timely fashion ¿
Data manipulation and interpretation with the ability to make recommendations based on analysis ¿
Develop and prepare regular, accurate and appropriate tracking mechanisms / dashboards and reports to leadership and management with appropriate conclusions ¿
Metrics and results focused ¿
Proven ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the organization ¿
Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver completed staff work of high quality and on time ¿
Experience with multiple HR systems and strong Microsoft Office program skills, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
