HR Generalist & Admin Assistant (part-time)

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and supporting approximately 200 employees in high tech manufacturing company located in Norcross. Part-time will be approximately 20 hours per wee k. Will work at our Norcross location 3 to 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Payroll / Benefits / HR administration
  • Handle administrative requests for HR & other departments
  • Day to day management of HR needs
  • Assist with Employee administration issues
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Assist in HR Director in multiple projects
  • Additional duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong MS Excel capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Additional helpful experience:
  • 0 – 3 years HR experience
  • 0 – 3 years recruiting experience
  • 0 – 3 years’ experience with Ceridian Payroll system
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated Employee Relations experience
