This position requires a candidate to possess at minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or a similar field and a minimum of 10 years of hand on labor relations experience preferably in an industrial environment where a collective bargaining agreement is in place. Previous experience in the Steel Industry and the completion of a Master's degree is a plus.

: Direct union contract negotiations experience.
: Hands on experience in processing grievances and arbitration cases.
: Experience in assessing employment needs, recruiting, and employee development.
: Strong understanding of State and Federal employment regulations and reporting requirements.
: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
: Ability to evaluate, revise and implement employment policies and procedures.
: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
: Strong computer skill with emphasis on MS Office particularly MS Excel.
