Summary

This highly visible Human Resource Manager position will provide a broad range of generalist support to Quality, R&D, Sales, IT, Strategic Procurement, and Finance. This includes recruiting for open positions, and working collaboratively with managers to resolve employee relations issues. In addition, you will work on a variety of HR initiatives such as on-boarding and training. Keeping up-to-date with HR thinking and innovative ways of doing business to support development and maintenance of a highly qualified and versatile workforce.

Essential Functions

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business or HR related-field and five years of progressive, exempt-level HR experience focused primarily on staffing and employee relations and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations affecting recruitment and employee relations programs (e.g. FLSA, ADA and the like) is essential. Experience with Taleo applicant tracking system and ADP HRIS is desired.
